7 Ways To Use Tumblr to Its Crazy Awesome Fullest
Tumblr has been in the social media game since 2007, but it’s really come into its own recently. (Read: I’ve just discovered how awesome it is and have abandoned Facebook because of it.) Because of its makeup, users have found a lot of different idiosyncratic uses for the site. With that in mind, I’ve built a guide for Crushable readers so you can know all the latest trends on Tumblr — and how you too can start “tumbling.”
Advice & Inspiration
Tumblr is a great place for small pieces of advice and information. For writers, especially fiction-writers, there are resources such as writing advice. For more general issues, you can head over to Talk to Tumblr Advice. Meanwhile, if you’re looking to pull yourself out of your Facebook-related depression, try I Can Read (the source of the image above), which has a bunch of photographs with quotes that’ll make you think and laugh and wonder. Another more abstract blog is Just Little Things, about the tiny pockets of happiness everywhere, and QuoteBook, which is exactly what you think it is.
